Dan was flying to Denver on Monday, September 10th. During the flight, he noticed one of the flight attendants breaking ice with a wine bottle.
“Isn’t there a safer way you can do that?” he asked. The flight attendant was moved by Dan’s concern. After some conversation he gave her a gospel tract.
She said, “This is the sixth one I've been given recently! What does God want from me?”
Dan answered, “Your life.”
A few minutes later, she prayed to receive Jesus Christ into her heart.
The next day was September 11, 2001. Dan read the names of those who died on the two flights which crashed into the World Trade Center.
That flight attendant’s name was on the list.
Oh Friend, share God’s truth with someone today. You never know what tomorrow may bring.
Prov 27:1 reminds us:
Don't brag about tomorrow, since you don't know what the day will bring.
You and I can be certain of eternity with God through trusting in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The people you encounter today need that same security. Ask God to lead you to one person who is ready to accept Christ today. Trust that He will give you the courage to tell them about Jesus.
